What You Get in a Growth Program?
Each of our programs include these four components
Strategic Planning
one to three days

This is a facilitated planning process that takes a minimum of a full day.
It is a deep-dive thinking process that tests and looks objectively at the business now and where you want it to be.

Then strategically putting all the pieces together, from long term goals and marketing & positioning, to 90 day priorities and everything in-between.
​
This becomes a "live but organic" working plan containing clear actions/steps that you will use to move your business forward.
WIP & Execution Sessions
weekly, fortnightly or monthly

These are hour long "Work in Progress" (WIP), strategy, tactics & execution sessions sessions, usually conducted weekly, that are focussed on bringing the business plan to life.
This is achieved by focussing on the milestones of the plan and deciding on the necessary actions to be completed over the coming week.
This alignment and accountability process is repeated every week until your goals are met.
90 Day Review
every quarter or 90 days

Every quarter a 3-4 hour session is conducted to review the strategic plan.
We do this to ensure goals, milestones etc are still important, applicable and relevant. If things need to change on the plan, then we change it.
We also look back at the previous 90 days and reflect on progress, learnings and what can be leveraged for the next quarter. We then set the goals for the coming 90 days.
Annually

Conducted yearly, and is similar to the initial planning day but is more of a review and amend process. Goals and yearly objectives are reset.
