For fifteen years, Adrian (founder of Strata) has had a consultancy business that specialises in business, strategy, planning, marketing, branding, operations, management and leadership, training and coaching.
He brings over 25 years of practical business experience and over 15 years of consulting and coaching clients, and has an excellent track record of results and performance.
Our vision
We know running a business, while rewarding, can be frustrating, sometimes disappointing, at times stressful and often confusing and complicated. A business can get stuck. It can become overly cumbersome and bogged down in the day to day firefighting, and "business as usual" operations. But it does not have to be permanently like that. We can help.
